Review SummaryThis was the first cruise for my husband and myself so we were a little unsure what to expect. We'd read some "not so positive" reviews but we'd also heard a rave review from a friend. We were pleasantly surprised! Yes, it is an older ship and the atrium doesn't have the "WOW" factor of most of the ships in the fleet. However, what they lack in cosmetic appearances they made up for in service. The staff in the Imagination restaurant were fantastic. Our table staff remembered us by first name after the first night which made for a more personalized feel. We were fortunate to have not come into contact with any negative staff. We went on the Mayan Ruins and Beach excursion in Cozumel. Our tour guide, Margarita was very informative. We were a bit disappointed in the beach portion, as it was only a small piece of "beach". However, the restaurant on the property had good prices on "Coco Loco's" (rum drinks in coconuts).
Overall fabulous experience! Great staff, great service, and great food!
