shows were good, but limited

Children's Programs

3 out of 5
my son had more fun than me on this trip

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
no one would offer to help - each time i had to go out of my way to ask for help including getting on the ship - they just stood there and smiled, but did not offer any information on where to go from the boarding area. it was very confusing - no maps or anything

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
the ship was smaller than i expected

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
small, but lots of storage and very comfortable

Pros: The housekeeping staff was great

Cons: the dining room staff were rude, food was mediocre, and getting off/on the ship was disorganized

Recommends Carnival Elation? No.
