Carnival Mexico Cruise

Sail Date: November 01, 2009

Reviewed: 7 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

The ship itself is very nice, but the cleanliness of the rooms and public restrooms are poor. They left us dirty blue pool towels from the cruise before.
The food is good but needs a few more healthy options.
The extra charges and forced gratuities are ridiculous. I enjoy tipping good employees, but do not like being forced to tip lazy, slow employees.

Pros: Relaxing

Cons: Cleanliness, forced gratuity, extra charges

Recommends Carnival Elation? Yes!

Service and Staff
The shows, comedy, and game shows were unorganized, boring, and poorly planned. Stay on deck and people watch or look at the view. You'll be much more entertained.
