5 Night Baja Mexico (San Diego Roundtrip)
Sail Date: January 24, 2009
Ship: Carnival Elation
Cabin Type: Inside
Traveled As: Large Group
Reviewed: 8 years ago
We had a group of 16 and I'd definitely say that while cruising, more is merrier. And for the price, there was no good excuse not to go. We are already talking about our next trip.

Food and Dining

All you can eat almost all the time. Not as many vegetarian options. Try the room service, it's free!

Entertainment

We used what we learned in our dance classes at the night clubs.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
I think the staff had as much fun as we did.

Cabin / Stateroom

Totally adequate, comfortable. Down on the beds, tv, fresh towels everyday.

Again, don't book trips through the cruise line. We payed $15 for r/t bus to the blow hole which also included shopping district and free margarita! And still left time to explore around town.

Lover's beach. Take a taxi when you get there. Purchasing through the ship is quite expensive.

Pros: Food, photos, dance classes, music, staff, destinations!

Cons: designated smoking sections not well ventilated
