It was a fun cruise.

Sail Date: March 22, 2008

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Oceanview

From my experience and talking to others the shore excursions were sub-par and did not reflect the presentations in your brochures.

Pros: The shows were great, the dinner deserts were the best.

Cons: Over all food quality.

Recommends Carnival Elation? Yes!

Ship Quality
Excellent embarkation & debarkation
Food and Dining
The food could have been better, the dinning service was the best out of the five cruises taken.
Cabin / Stateroom
Stateroom was smallish, poor lay-out had to climb over the bed to get to window.
Service and Staff
Ensenada, Mexico
Time would have been better spent staying on the ship.We were shuttled to downtown at 8:30 upon arriving then told that the stores didnt open until 10:00 a totat waste.
Cabo San Lucas, Mexico
Shopping was fun but stay on the main streets.
