The Elation from Carnival Cruise lines is a dirty ship and smells real bad. The service is horrible, you do not feel welcome at all.

Food and Dining

The dinning rooms are set up so that 8 people will sit in each table. There are no tables for two people. The food is really bad. The service is horrible.

The singers are really bad, the only thing that is entertaining is the female dancers.

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
They can not communicate well with the passangers since the can not speak English or if they do you can hardly understand them. The staff needs tarining regarding customer service skills. Poor service overall.

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
You have to walk a lot in order to get to the bars, disco and restaurants since the ships layout has everything set up in on particular area.

Cabin / Stateroom

The rooms smell bad. The sheets on the beds are not changed. The bathroom floors and walls have black mold build up, and the toilets have a bad smell.
