My best Carnival cruise

Sail Date: May 07, 2006

Reviewed: 10 years ago

Traveled As: Family w/older children

Room Type: Oceanview

Very clean and everything located conveniently.

Pros: dining room food and service

Cons: slow elevators

Cabin / Stateroom
cabin always clean and done when we were out.
Sometimes the cabin was cleaned twice a day which I didn't really expect or need.
Service and Staff
Entertainment
Jorge was over the top with his personality and programs.
I've only met maybe two or three other people in my life (66 years) with such an infectious laugh which kept me in stitches.
Food and Dining
The waiters and food were near the top.
Only complaint was the lobster was slighly overcooked and a bit rubbery.
Ship Quality
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
I must try to retire on this paradise.
Don't Miss: the cable car trip up to paradise point
San Juan, Puerto Rico
Didn't see enough of the city to make a judgement.
Don't Miss: the Bacardi plant tour is a must see.
