Review summary

This was our first cruise and we weren't sure we would like it. But we absolutely loved the trip and are already planning the next one! Everyone on staff was just so nice and helpful from the cabin master all the way up to the ship's crew. Our cruise director, Cam, was so full of energy and kept us involved in activities for the entire cruise. The wait staff invested themselves in our family and got to know us personally, likes and dislikes, etc. The ports of call, (Freeport and Nassua) were just gorgeous.

We spend time in Neptune/Atlantic area prior to and the day after the cruise. This is our go-to quick beach vacation area.

Freeport, Grand Bahama Island

Freeport was a beautiful and the people that we interacted with were so nice. We spent the day on beach with drink package and just enjoyed the water and not having to race around doing alot of activities.

Nassau, Bahamas

The port was beautiful. We went to Atlantis and spent the day but I would like to go back and spend more time in town as well. Atlantis was pricey but we had expected that.

Disembarkation

This was the only complaint we had. The disembarkation seemed very disorganized and was quite lengthy. We had to be out of our cabins by 8:30 and basically stood in the hallway with our luggage for almost 2 hours. I feel like this was more the port authorities in Jacksonville rather than Carnival.
