Room service is great, bed is kind of old, layout in our room is very inconvinient due to the other bed on top of it, hit our head several times during our stay.

Need an upgrade esp on food varieties, very limited and not appetizing
All day excursion cost $396 for four, we are so dissapointed and kind of scam, too expensive. We basically paid this amt for the ride and guided as to the beach area and aquarium . Any outsider can just go to the hotel lobby and stroll around Atlantis aquarium and swim in the beach area in the ship excursion. We paid the above amount and cheated.
I'm not a fan of the buffet and will only eat there on embarkation day and then it's only burger and fries.
I understand that variety is great but really, wanting different performers isn't a reality.
Oh well.
I truly believe there is a cruise ship for almost anyone. Obviously The Ecstasy wasn't theirs! Not a problem. They can try different cruiselines and those of us who love The Ecstasy can continue booking her! 🦀🐚🦀
