I have never been on a cruise where you needed to wear a jacket to dinner because the room was so cold.  Our stateroom was cold and when we mentioned this we were told sorry but there is no way to adjust the heat in the room.

We have never been so uncomfortable on a cruise ship.  We both ended up with colds.  Not a great way to celebrate the New Year.

The cruise port of Nassau was disappointing because the major shops were closed due to the holiday.  Customers should have been advised of this.  In Freeport the town was closed but we paid to go to a market outside of town for shopping.    Why would the cruise line go into areas that were not open?  Why did they not advise the customer of this?  Why did they have shopping talks when there was no shopping?    We have been on over 30 cruises.  We truly wasted our money on this one.

Our cabin stewart was efficient and had a nice personality.
Our dining person Kajle was a delight. She was doing her best to make us feel better about the cold and below par food.
The staff was very nice...the only asset this cruise had was its staff.

The cabin was very clean. The storage was good It was also very cold!!

Ship Tip

Check if the ports will be open before you pick a cruise. Have they resolved the heating in the state rooms and other areas of the ship?
