staff were wonderful. My grandchild has an allergy and the food service people could not have been more helpful.  Now for the cruise. Carnival has cut so many corners that this was the worst cruise of the 16  cuises we have been  on. If the food choise in the dinning room gets any worse it will soon be down to just hotdogs. The absolute worst time ever getting on and of the boat. two and a half hours from arriving in the parking lot till we got on the boat. Getting off was even more of a nightmare. We went to the place and at the time that we were instructed ( front elevator at 8:30) then waited in line after line. Two hours to get to our car. You have the right time of year and the right place to leave form for my grandchildren but you need to much better at everything else. At least a candy on the bed.
