Nice weather, poor customer service

Sail Date: May 19, 2016

Room Type: Suite

Our cruise was booked through .  We did not receive the onboard credits as promised. Insurance was purchased, however, been a total hassle trying to file/collect refund for 3rd person who had to cancel due to accident/shattered leg.  Multiple calls were made to with promises of manager return call but they never did. The boarding process in Charleston was a little unorganized.  Deboarding was slow but more organized.  The length of the cruise was nice, and most service provided by Carnival was good.  The bar service was slow and it took some searching to find bar runner on the pool deck.  Having purchased the drink package very much disliked having to run card and sign for every drink.

Cabin / Stateroom
Nice cabin, perfect to 2 or 3 people.
Embarkation and Disembarkation
Boarding was unorganized, deboarding a bit better but went slow.
Ship Quality
Ship and room was very clean.
Destinations and Excursions
Onboard Activities
Service and Staff
Bar service was slow. Main dining room service was quick and the food very good. Paul that provide personal assistance on our floor was fabulous!
Food and Dining
Very slow bar service, few if any bar runners on pool deck.

Bring your patience, lots of waiting in lines.
