Overall, our cruise was above marginal. The ship was sold out and I'm not sure if the dining staff was prepared or simply overwhelmed. On a previous cruise, our meals at dinner were excellent; however, this trip our meals were typically over cooked and not up to expectation. Upon arriving on the ship, we checked with guest services (as directed at the time of booking) and was most irritated to find that our on board credit was not on file. An email was sent to regarding this; however, no response was ever received. A call was made and we were informed about an "erroneous" form we had to submit prior to leaving. No one ever told us about a form in all of our emails or conversations. Not happy with that outcome.
On a positive note, I would like to recognize a couple of entertainers on board that were outstanding. Kim Harrison (comedienne) and Eden Parker (musician). Both have amazing talent.
