Carnival Ecstasy Cruise Review to Caribbean - Western
Sail Date: September 21, 2015
Ship: Carnival Ecstasy
Cabin Type: Balcony
Cabin Number: E90
Traveled As: Large Group

Review Summary
The Ecstasy seems like a little older of a ship but has plenty of amenities. The stop in Key West seemed too short and the stop in Cozumel seemed too long. The rooms were typical of a cruise ship and the service was as to be expected. Nothing jumped out at me; either really great or really bad.
The pool was very small but there were plenty of loungers to choose from which was good for spending time outside.

The room had maybe two power outlets which was difficult with two phones and two laptops to keep charged.
The king bed is two twins pushed together which meant one of us usually ended up in the crack in the middle of the night. Not very comfortable.
Ship Tip
Take the extra few minutes the night before to plan your day. There is always so much going on which is great but you don't want lack of planning to mean that you end up missing something cool. Don't buy your excursions through American Airlines travel.
