Room Type: Balcony

Big Smile-----Big Smile-----Housekeeping personnel was extremely polite and always smiling it was a nice touch that they knew and greeted us by our names.

SurprisedIn the dinning room however the wait time was long. Winkbut the food was ok.

Angrywe had ordered (FUN SHOP online prior to saililng date) things for our friends rooms that were not delivered (so if i hadn't been on the cruise to know that....Angry.)and no one gave us a heads up... only the last day when i realized... So i was able to ask for them to be redelivered.

Angry -----Crying--------In Nassau We took the Atlantis beach day and tour.  and several times we specifically asked when we could take the guided tour... at each station: on the boat, on the bus who took us there and also to the guide who showed us the premises  they kept on telling us... it's at your leisure... you can go when ever you want....  so we went to lunch and when we got to the entrance we were extremely surprised Angrythat there were 2 specifically time frame for the guided tour noon and 2pm.   we could have planned around that if we had been given the proper information....Wasted moneyAngry we paid more than the "beach only" tour and got majorly scammed.  specially that we asked at least 3 different people from the tours organizers.

I've been on several cruises before on Royal Caribbean and Norgian and they were much more upscale...

HappyBut on a budget, overall this was a nice short cruise...
