This was definitely not our best cruise! On a 4 night cruise we slept in 3 different cabins , not very good! The first cabin in which we like to book R1  because is in the bow of the boat and we dont like the noise of kids running around our cabin in the middle of the night, water leaked around the toilet and flooded the bathroom, the carpet in the room got soaked and smelled musty. The plummer stayed in our cabin till midnight trying to fix the problem. The next day we moved to M65, we spent the day there and that night  without much sleep from the previous night there were kids running down the halls like we suspected, there  was noise, a clanking noise constantly and a baby crying and his mother hollering for the baby to shut-up. I called the service desk the following day  and the gentleman that showed , called the desk and had us moved to M234., there we experience two separate beds and the sink in the bathroom would not drained. The following day, they wrote us a letter from the service desk for us to visit or call them, there they told us that they were going to give us a $51.00 discount for our inconvenience in which I didn't think it was sufficient but did not say anything. If you check your records you will find that we cruise on your cruise line every year for many years and we have never left a negative feedback because we have enjoyed every one. We feel like we didn't even went on a cruise this year! Not a very happy (VIFP) Thanks!
