I filled this out once and got an error message stating that the program had timed out. I don't want to fill out the entire evaluation again because the same problem will probably develop but to want to state that this was a terrible cruise. We would never cruise with Carnival again.

Food and Dining

Hamburgers were the best things we could find to eat and we don't need to go on a cruise to eat McDonald's style food.

Not up to professional standards

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
Guest services personnel were actually rude and it is their job to be nice all the time. We were amazed.

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
Not enough hand sanitizers in key areas and many that they had were often empty. Dining table had 11 instead of 10 and the crowding made it impossible to pull chairs up to the table. Room was simply had too many people crowded into it.

Cabin / Stateroom

Small but well cared for.

Pros: Traveling with family

Cons: Food\, entertainment\, excursion problems

Recommends Carnival Ecstasy? No.
