Review SummaryWe had paid for a main deck balcony room and received an ocean view. At sailing the purser told us that he could not remedy the matter. We called Delta skymiles from the ship's sat phone and were told the same thing. Later in the cruise, when my wife returned with another question the same purser shewed her away saying that he had already told me that he could not help us. It is our intention to document everything in regard to this matter and send it to the corporate offices of both Carnival and Delta via certified mail. We are also filing a claim with VISA for the failure to provide us with the product paid for. The truth is, had the purser simply offered us a room credit to satisfy the difference in room rate we'd of been happy and there would have been no need to escalate this matter upon return to land.
