The overall experience was okay. vWe couldn't understand the announcements during the emergency training or when it was time to get off the boat. I recommend using staff that do not have such heavy accents. The staff was good and the stateroom was excellent.

There needs to be more organization in boarding so it doesn't take so long to check in. That was the worst experience ever!!!! According to others boarding, they stated that was always the problem with Carnival?

Improve information so you know what beach to visit if you are going on your own to the beachside since there is no beach available where you port.

Worst port ever? The poverty there is horrible and the shopping areas are too!
Don't Miss: Don't get off the ship!

Pros: Our stop in Cozumel!

Cons: The port at Progresso, Yucatan
