This was our first cruise. We were most impressed with how friendly the staff was. They were very attentive but not intrusive, and so nice. The dining room crew was outstanding. We did one shore excursion to some Mayan ruins and it was great (except for the itty-bitty lunch). Lots of info on the web says the ship has 3 pools but since the remodel there is only one, and it's always full of kids and not really big enough to swim in anyway. As far as value for the dollar, we were very happy with our vacation.
