An Interesting Cruise

There were three of us and we had a marvelous time. Overall the ship was pretty nice. After one day of the Lido food deck, we never ate there again and visited the two rstaurants and enjoyed them very much. The food was excellent. The debarkation was the simpliest and easist we have ever had. Praises for that setup. Our 'wait' staff and 'room' staff were PERFECT. We never had to ask for anything...they had it before we thought we needed it.
The Ecstasy was an older ship, but the entertainment was fun, the casino staff most helpful and the space aboard was great.

Pros: The Entertainment Director - Steve Cassell

Cons: Lido (upper deck) food service. Cold (hot) food...unfriendly staff this deck only.

Recommends Carnival Ecstasy? Yes!

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Would have been nice to have a bit more variety in choices of restaurants. Ambiance in the existing two were fine.
Cabin / Stateroom
Service and Staff
The best would have applied except for the Lido deck staff.
Hooray for the best Director EVER!!
