very uncaring and unfriendly staff

The staff is expert at what to say when there is a problem. No matter where or when we had a question or complaint, the crew always said, "Someone will be here tomorrow morning. No one is available right now." Of course, this is spoken in broken English. Absolutely NO ONE on board cares about the customer. All they want is to push tips and sell the alcohol.The cruise is all about how much money they can make. NO EMPHASIS ON THE ENJOYMENT OF OUR VACATION!!!!!!!

Food and Dining
Horrible. Everything made from left-overs...especially potatoes.
Service and Staff
Only one person looked at me and smiled and said hello. No one else even had a look of pleasantness on their face. No joke!
Children's Programs
The children's staff yelled at the kids. They did not even act like they like the children. I stuck my head in to check and was appalled at their attitudes...this comment is mostly about the Indonesian women. No patience from them.
