I booked a cabin with two lowers and a upper berth for our third person. I complained to the Purser's desk upon arrival and was told "ship is full". I was very upset and not pleased, all they provided was a 4 foot cot on the floor.

The weather did not cooperate, so the port was not as pleasant as could have been, not Carnival's fault. The National Park should be highly recommended, have visited previously
