Boarding was easy and quick. The room and bathroom was of adequate size compared to what I was expecting. The ship was confusing and difficult to get around without getting lost. The food was less than adequate, but the service was impeccable. When it came time to get off the ship we were bored out of our minds , and couldn't enjoy the rest of our vacation. The numbering was organized, but the wait was aweful. We were left to our selves to sit and just wait. No entertainment, no activity no nothing to keep us occupied until it was our time to get off the ship. Then the line to get thru customs was aweful and took 2hrs standing in line with all of our luggage in our hands.

Service and Staff

especially the kids camp, my children hate daycare, but they couldn't wait to get to the camp each day. Also, our assistant waiter took great care to entertain our boys to make the dining experience better.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Cleanliness was apparently a priority on the ship. The ship size small, layout confusing. The decor somewhat retro but clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The staterooms were spacious and clean, comfortable and cozy.

Despite the city, the Chichen itza was amazing
Don't Miss: Chichen ItzA
