All around this was an amazing first cruise. We learned a lot and know what to do and not do on the next one. The staff is amazing and will help any way they can. Treat them with respect because not everyone on the boat is going to do that. Remember it cost nothing to be kind.

The main dining was amazing and the staff was great. We had the best time. We got Lawanda one night and he was so sweet. I wish I had remembered the names of everyone that waited on us but I don't. Just know that everyone in the dining was amazing.
Onboard Activities

Let me tell you the cruise director Lawrence is amazing. Everything he did on board he did with a smile and so much energy that it made it amazing. We loved the music at night. We also hit up the comedy club and loved it. We had never done that before and wanted to try as much as we could on our first cruise. We also went to the Art Auction another first for us. Loved seeing that they have stuff for kids as well. Might bring my granddaughter on one since there is so much for them to enjoy as well.

We started out in one room and was having to sleep on those pull down beds. I am sure they would be great for kids but two older people not so much. We went to customer service and asked if there was an empty room that we could get. They put in a request and they found one for me and my husband. I will never sail with any other cruise line. This was our first cruise and with everyone taking care of us this is the only cruise line we will use. Our Steward was Sue when we got moved and she was amazing. My aunt told her I like the towel animals and she made sure I had one everyday. We enjoyed seeing her in the halls as she would always speak and was so friendly. Jeffrey from Guest Services was amazing. Even though the person in front of us was so rude when we stepped up he was so sweet. I told him he was amazing and asked if I could take a picture of his name tag so I could let everyone know how great he is. His tag says he is from Nicaragua. I hope this helps you know who I am talking about. Never once was he rude or no smiling when we walked up. He helped us a few times. It is sad that they get talked to like they do from some people who think they are entitled. Your staff is amazing and they have to deal with some rude people and they still smile and try to help. These are just a few that I can remember their names next time I will get more names so I can let you know who those amazing stars are on ur ship.

This was our first cruise so not sure about the layout vs others. We didn't have an issue finding anything. Everything was always clean your staff worked around the clock to clean up after everyone. I don't think I have ever seen people work as hard as they did.
Cabin / Stateroom

We started out in cabin 6474 and ended up in 2275. Both were clean and the bottom beds was nice. The pull downs are hard on two older people. My husband and I got moved to 2275 and it was clean and very comfy.
This was a nice Port they are a little expensive but it is a nice stop. Everyone was trying to shove some kinds of make up something down your throat if that could stop some it will be even better. We didn't do an excursion at this port.
Belize is going to be so nice once you don't have to boat in. We did some shopping here and got a drink. Everyone was very friendly and wasn't shoving anything down our throats. They might ask you if you want something but if you said no thank you then they would leave you alone unlike Costa Maya
Even with the rain this was hands down the best port. We did some shopping before we went on our excursion. We even ate lunch at this one when we was on the excursion and it was so good.
We had help getting off and that was nice my cousin is in a wheelchair and they guy pushed her all the way to our car. He was so nice and made it easy for us since we carried our luggage off.
