There was a hurricane in Florida during my cruise. It rained at 2 ports, one was cancelled , and the next port was sunny. We took the long was home to Galveston. Overall, I had a great time.

I enjoyed all the food areas. My favorite place was Guys pig and anchor (I think its the name). Brisket & beans were awesome.

I played Bingo, Deal or no Deal. Those are fun but do cost money. My favorite on the ship is Carnival Quest. It’s an adult scavenger hunt. I went on my last Carnival cruise. I will ALWAYS go to these ! If you have never been to the Quest, you should !

My room steward called me by name every time he saw me. The guys on the lido deck were also very friendly. Always smiling.

I had an interior cabin. My room is only for sleeping and changing clothes. I do not stay in there long. Bed was comfortable.
I did an excursion for snorkeling and iguanas. Very tiny island. This I would not do again. Excursion part of island took about an hour. The rest of the time, you either drink or swim.
My first time as a digital disembarkation. I thought it went very smoothly. I had an item confiscated & there are not signs as where to pick up your stuff. I had to ask several people. Only one person was able to direct me in the right direction.
