Review summary

I wish carnival would offer a cabin upgrade. I know the ship sailed at 2/3 rds capacity and would not even consider an upgrade because i booked thru a travel agent. No upgrade on cabin offered even when i asked because of this.

Oops. The $20 upgrade is on Dream in February.

Just read review from a Jan 2 cruise that said for $20 got a great upgrade in Dream. Wonder why you couldn't? 😐 Maybe the way cabins are sold due to Covid could be a reason?
