Everyone was amazing. Leny, our room steward, was friendly and always had wonderful surprises of towel animals on our bed when we returned and he never failed to speak to us, and called us BY NAME, even when cleaning a room down the hall. Also, the young man cleaning daily on the Lido deck never stopped smiling and always greeted us.

So glad your enjoyed your first cruise 🚢 that's what cruising is all about most staff are amazing and so friendly.. The hold up could of been customs and not the cruise line ? And can sometimes hold things up ... We are leaving Sydney Australia to cruise from Long beach to Singapore this will be our 25th cruise we first done a four day cruise thinking cruising was not for us ... how wrong where we have been to great places and have amazing memories so happy cruising guys .. hope ur hooked as we are .. and happy anniversary 🍾🥂
