Good cruise for money spent. Needed more activities for older adults. Loved the experience of the Mexican markets in Progresso.

A little disorganized with everyone that carried on luggage instead of checking it. This created bottlenecks on the stairs.

Dining room food for a sit down breakfast was superb as was waitstaff service. Buffets crowded and not much choice of foods.

Excellent service by Michael our room steward. Excellent service by Late Night Wait staff especially Koran, head waiter, Kerbana, team waiter and Syaituz, assistant team waiter.

Our first cruise...the boat was amazing. Cozumel gets 5 stars!!! Progresso was very sad and we couldn't go 2 min on the beach without someone trying to sell us things.
