We had our scheduled time and the line, although seemed super long, kept moving and we were on within 30-45 minutes!

We had a very large family but everyone seemed always ready to help us when we all sat together in the dining room. The burger bar and the burrito bar were two of my favorite on the Lido deck. The buffet was always great with so much to choose from! Loved the omelet bar and I thought the bacon was really good! Fresh fruit..yummm!
Onboard Activities

We enjoyed walking around the top of the deck and getting in our mile or so early in the morning. The fitness center was filled with great workout equipment and some of us went to the large hot tub they had in the evening.

I love Motown but was surprised to see that none of the dancers or singers in this performance were black. But..it was a fun show! The DJs were amazing..on the Lido, in the night clubs. And the funniest of comedians! I enjoyed both the clean and not so clean shows!

We had this really cute waitress in the morning near the buffet named Jobie. She was such light and sunshine! Our room steward Fandy was always willing to get us whatever we needed. Our waiter Jorge and Maitre D Dennis was always available with recommendations and help with our dinner!

If you cruise...you have to have a balcony! This was only my second cruise ever and I will always get a balcony! On the way to our destinations I was able to enjoy the sunrise and the way back... I saw a sunset from my balcony. The most peaceful place and so relaxing!
Ship tip
Bring magnets with hooks to hang stuff like your hats, sweaters, and lanyards and also bring a cruise accepted extension. There's only one plug!
We did the beach with the cabanas and snorkeled and kayaked! The water was warm and relaxing and they served you food and drinks to your cabana. The food and drinks were affordable... the snorkeling was awesome...the kayaking wasn't really worth it but the water was warm and I loved just swimming and floating and enjoying the sun.
We booked our excursion through Shipmate. We had a more private time! There were 4 of us and we went in a van and he stopped at a local grocery store on the way..yes it is a bit of a long drive..but he told us all about the country and the history. When we arrived to our zip line and tubing area we did NOT have to wait for anyone. We were welcomed and taken care of and we had the time of our lives! After ziplining we did the cave tubing. He actually took us on a longer tube ride where the others from Carnival got off, we floated for about another 30 minutes. This was our favorite excursion! Dave was incredible. He ordered lunch for us for $10 each and we were able to eat while we drove back to the ship. He got us back in time and we were so grateful! Just the best experience ever!!
We booked our excursion through Carnival- the VIP Mayan tour. Again...one of the best! We did not get a chance to shop or see Cozumel, but we LOVED seeing the Mayan Ruins and visiting and eating in a real Mayan village. Jorge was a fantastic guide and we learned much and loved everything about this experience.
