I was so excited when I talked my husband into going on a cruise with me. I had been before and it was absolutely wonderful. This ruined it for me. He will never go on another he says. The rooms and the spa were disgusting. The mold made him very ill. He spent the first couple of hours cleaning our room and scraping soap scum off the mirrors. The food on the buffet was the worst I had ever had. The shows were not even close to good except for the Motown show. We did however have a wonderful time each night for dinner in the main dining room with family and our sweet waiter Wesley!!! He made the end of each day for us.

The buffet was absolutely horrible. It’s bad when a 17 year old male can’t find anything worth eating. The main downing was much better and the service there was top notch.

We bought the spa package once on board after taking the tour. Seemed relaxing. Well the carpet outside the steam rooms was covered with mold and was disgusting. My husband is allergic to mold and became sick after his first trip to the spa. My sister and nephew also became ill after visiting the spa. My niece and her husband booked a couples massage and although the massage was great they left feeling horrible. They told my niece she was fat and had her in tears and then charged them for a bag of oil and a brush $172 that they later took back.

The shows were the worst I have ever seen. This was especially disappointing considering I had finally talked my husband into taking a cruise at all. The cruise I took previously had wonderful entertainment. This one did NOT. We saw one good show. The others we left after the first 10 minutes or so.

We had to clean our room upon arrival. It was dirty. The mirror in the bathroom has so much soap scum on it you could scratch your name in it. Not cool co soldering this was my husband’s first cruise and I’ll never be able to talk him into another one. My nephew found little baggies with drug residue in his room and he too had to clean his room upon arrival.

Plenty of room. The extra bath area was great. I do wish however I would not have had to clean when I got there. This was vacation!
Ship tip
Ask for Wesley in the main dining room!!!! He is amazing!!!
We room a taxi and went to the market. Loved it. Then we went to the free beach. DON’T do that. Take the excursion. The free beach was nasty and gros and people kept trying to sell us drugs. YUK
Number one rule is your not happy call guest services they will send a supervisor to your cabin then problem fixed why let something like this spoil your vacation then come back and complain? .....
