Review summary

I had a great time on the cruise, but I saved up so much to enjoy the FULL experience and not part of it. Due to the ships malfunction, we could not continue on to Cozumel and was only compensated $50 and onboard FUN?!?! And due to the fact that this was my very first cruise it was supposed to be AWESOME all the way round. I really wanted to see Mexico but could not.

Cozumel, Mexico Did not visit port

Unfortuantely, the ship was having some sort of Engine issues and we could not continue on our journey...I think that we should be compensated for not being able to travel to Cozumel. If the passenger could not make the cruise we would have had to pay full penalty.

The same thing happened to us on our first cruise, I was mad for a minute. Then 4 months later I was taking another one- been hooked ever since

Very disappointing, I understand. Anything can happen on any cruise. Ship issues, weather.... It happens, just gotta be flexible. You said you had a great time; hope you will give it another try.

Oh that's a shame but things like that can happen anytime book another cruise for Cozumel you would really enjoy it but over all for your first cruise hope u enjoyed and are 🎣hooked as we are .. 🍹😎
