Pretty good

Traveled As: Singles/Friends

Room Type: Balcony

Ship's decent\, however the larger ships don't have enough pools and other shared amenities\, when compared to the small-medium carnival ships.
I've been on 30+ excursions of the years\, the 3 worst were all in Belize. The destination itself is great... getting there and back is beyond a nightmare. They don't seem to understand fair skinned people can't sit 2+ hours in direct tropical sunlight with absolutely no shade. The roads are so bad with potholes\, that it takes 2+ hours to go 20 miles by bus. And seriously\, don't get off the boat in Belize without an excursion. Very bad idea... even the cabin crew will tell you that. The Belize port is a good day to stay on the boat and sleep/relax. All the other ports are good\, or great.

Pros: Love the great food

Cons: Belize

Recommends Carnival Dream? Yes!

The cove balcony on the 2nd floor was AWESOME. 11+ cruises and that was my first balcony\, and it was really nice.
