The Dream in November 2013

Sail Date: November 01, 2013

Reviewed: 2 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

Really enjoyed the whole cruise from check in to check out.

Pros: The size of the ship, the whirlpools, the comedy, brunch.

Cons: The rooms and other areas are in need of a refurbish.

Recommends Carnival Dream? Yes!

Ship Quality
I really like the ship - I thought it might be too big, but it was not. I don't like getting of the aft elevator on Deck 5 - it is not marked well enough to know where you are and to point you to where you want to go.
Food and Dining
The food was generally very good and the entertainment was not too overbearing and loud.
Cabin / Stateroom
The curtains and bedding need replacing, the balcony door sealing was flapping, the frig was warm and you need insulated ice buckets. Also the interactive tv menus weren't up to date.
Service and Staff
As always Carnival staff is great in every area!!!!
Enjoyed the comedy shows and enjoyed karoke - wish karoke had not been so loud during the comedy shows and had not been at the same times. And what the heck is Quest???
