A Great Ship

Sail Date: July 14, 2012

Reviewed: 4 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

We feel the ship staff's morale was extremely low. It was the laziest group of dining staff. The room attendant did an excellent job, twice a day. The waiters were either too busy or not trained properly. This was the first time we didn't tip the dining room staff.

Pros: The spa

Cons: The evening dining. The wait staff was not good. Food was forgotten and service was terrible.

Recommends Carnival Dream? No.

Ship Quality
Hard to figure out at first. But nice once you get to it
