Great cruise

Sail Date: May 12, 2012

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Room Type: Balcony

The ship was very large, 4,000 passengers is a lot. Most of the time however, we would not have known there were that many people aboard. The food was excellent, but the service was a little shaky at times. The activities aboard were plentiful, and some of them we never got to because of the time. The arrival and departure times were right on time. All three of us would gladly cruise on this ship again.

Pros: The food was excellent beyond our expectations

Cons: We had three in our cabin, but it was set up for two. It took some time to straighten out.

Recommends Carnival Dream? Yes!

Cabin / Stateroom
The room was too small for three people. The size of the room is reduced by the balcony. Not a good idea.
Ship Quality
Food and Dining
We would have preferred open seating, but that was not available. It should be expanded.
Service and Staff
The staff are really well trained to be "passenger friendly". They were always glad to help, and most of the people greeted us each time we saw them, even if we did not know who they were.
