Call down to services desk many times. But, never anyone pick up the phone. Have to go down to services desk, before you get get an answer. Credit card was overcharge after we got home. The bill got a different amount, and credit card was billed more.

Diner in the main dining room was ok for the most part. But, the buffet was not very good. Breakfast is the same every morning.

The cleaning and dining staffs was not talkative and not friendly.

The Pomernade was small.

Cabin / Stateroom

The sheets was not once change the whole week that we was on the boat. Beds was made each day. Not very clean. Room was a little on the small sizes.

Pros: Some staffs was friendly

Cons: The services was poor

Recommends Carnival Dream? No.
