Running kids and noise everywhere!

Sail Date: March 31, 2012

Reviewed: 4 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Balcony

Too bad there was not more of an effort by the parents or ship to control the running children or the drunk high school kids and drunks period. They were noisy and unruly the entire week. They threw up in the hall ways, in the eating areas, on themselves, and passed on in ports and that's all we saw. They ran all day until 3:30. People usually smoked where they wanted on the pool decks. The food was mildly warm and average. not much for people with good diets.

Pros: Ports

Cons: Noise and running kids at all hours

Recommends Carnival Dream? No.

Ship Quality
People are always cleaning, always say hello. I always used the stairs but saw people waiting for elevators. More activites would be nice with more notices would be nice.
Food and Dining
Dining was fine. Waiters nice. Food was average. Dress was not enforced and men and women were wearing shorts and flip flops every night but formal nights.
Cabin / Stateroom
Rooms were fine. Nice storage. No conditioner for hair or lotion. Low volt air dryer. Not very noise proof. Most the trip could get satellite TV out of Miami with local channels
Service and Staff
Staff nice. Always says hello. Will help when asked.
