The cruise was just OK overall. Room was very nice. Elevators were slow to respond and there always seemed to be one of the mid-ship elevators that was not in service. Lines at the buffet, lines to get into the dining room, lines for the water slide, lines for the shows, lines everywhere!
Food and Dining

Early Dinning in Crimson Restaurant had poor food quality. Barely warm and was extremely slow getting the food to our table, even when we were seated before other tables. The only thing that was good was the flat iron steak. I had mussels served to me that weren't open, good way to get sick! The buffets were closed at odd hours creating lines at the only ones that where open. The only hot food available was made to order, Mongolian Grill or omelets. Never did try the Pasta Grill (lines were too long) - heard the Steak House was good but we didn't want to spend the extra $ just to get hot food.

Shows were scheduled at odd times. We expected 2 shows a night, 1st show at the same time as early dinning for those who chose late dinning and a 2nd show at the same time as late dinning for those who chose early dinning. We had to sit in the stairs one evening in our Formal attire, not cool! Comedy show in the Encore theater was awesome and Dancing in the Streets was a good show (2 of 7 nights). Comedy Club comedians were good - wish there were shows every night instead of only 4 of 7 nights. Plenty of trivia games during sea days.
Service and Staff

Nothing extra mention-able. Most of our dining room staff still couldn't remember our names by day 7 of the cruise but the drink guy always remembered our names and had a coke waiting for me every evening.

Passed some cardboard, looked like insulation, a couple times on deck 2. Other than that instance everything was clean. Ship layout was good. Liked not having to pass through the casino area every time we wanted to get to the dining areas. What was lacking in swimming pools was made up for with the number of hot tubs on this ship. Hallways outside of the staterooms were good size to allow traffic in both directions.

Deck 2 balcony is terrific. Bathroom size was good and the water was hot. Joe, our housekeeper, kept everything clean and towel animals every evening for my wife :). Room service delivered coffee every morning promptly at 6am, as we instructed. They even called to wake us up one morning we overslept :).
Pros: Level 2 Balcony room was a terrific choice, water slide was fun, comedy club, activities
Cons: Dinner and Buffet food was barely warm, lines everywhere, show times didn't match dinner service
