The Dream should be re-named The Nightmare!!!

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Two of the dinners were very good but arrived cold. The rest were nothing more than diner food except in a diner you get it hot. The buffets were good but the areas were too small and lines too long.

Entertainment

1 out of 5
What entertainment? One night too rough to perform, another night sick, another night guests are doing the singing, and etc.

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
The first day we made a complaint at the courtesy desk about the couch you call a bed. It took 4 days before we received a negative answer. The situtation could have been handled that day by simply getting a mattress from supply and putting it on top of the couch cushion.

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
The size was poor, too many rooms (people) and not enough pools and food areas to accomodate the amount of people. The layout was very good. Condition, decor, cleanliness, and accessibility were good.

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
The worse room I ever had!! Every room is double occupancy, yet there was only 1 single bed in this room. They called the couch which had a 3 inch thick plastic cushion the 2nd single bed.

Pros: Alexander (head waiter) Alexander (assist. waiter)

Cons: The room, the service-especially the courtesy desk, the food, the pool areas, too crowded

Recommends Carnival Dream? No.
