The Dream Ship had wonderful variety of foods in the resturants with good waiters and loved the singing of one of the waiters. He should be your entertainment in the Encore. He is better than anything that performed on stage at the Encore. Entertainment at the Encore was below our expectations from traveling on other cruise lines. Your service people were above expectations always very curteoous and helpful answering questions. Our cabin stewart was excellent and always greeted us in the evenings as we headed for dinner. My wife loved the folded towel animals. Did I mention the ice cream machines were a favorite of mine as well and the sushi bar was a big surprise never seen this offered on other ships. I would recommend upgrading the entertainment, coffee, and the lido buffet food in the mornings was always cold. It is not very good food eating cold bacon, eggs, oatmeal, and/or grits.

Entertainment

Comedy for family was not a choice for us. With early dinner sitting and setting time for Encore programs did not allow us many nights to see family comedy. Would suggest having one family comedy in the 9:30 slot. Internet is too expensive for the average family to use and no happy hours on drinks. Most ships we sail have this available.
