Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Suite

Overall, being a vetran cruiser with Carnival on a dozen cruises, we found the ships interior without a theme. Not the awe inspiring decor we are used to.

Pros: the stateroom

Cons: entertainment, food

Recommends Carnival Dream? No.

Food and Dining
Food was a lower quality. Salads just iceberg lettuce, limited vegetables. Overall selections. Just not up to par.
Service and Staff
They simply looked tired and unhappy.
Entertainment
Just fair shows. Dancing was only at the Calente Lounge-full of smoke, or to a nice singer on the atrium. There was a good mexican band, but they played limited music.
Ship Quality
Cabin / Stateroom
Great balcony suite, Eileen was wonderful cabin steward.
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
Ok for shopping
Philipsburg, St. Maarten
Very clean and nice beach. Great jewelry shopping.
Nassau, Bahamas
been there many times
