A terrible rainy rough cruise-upchucking

Sail Date: July 01, 2011

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Balcony

After hitting the sandbar in Nassau the ship took on water and listed 15 degrees to port. The pools overflowed onto the wooden decks and ship personnel were swabbing incessantly. The ship also experienced propulsion problems which shut down the air conditioning system. At least the ice cream machine continued to work.

Pros: Hitting the sandbar at 30 knots.

Cons: Unruly crowds upchucking in the restaurants.
