Great Cruise

Sail Date: April 09, 2011

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Family w/young children

Room Type: Balcony

Ship was very large, onboard activities were fun, food was good, room was larger then most ships I have been on. Saw my room staff only once during the entire 7 day cruise. Did enjoy the cruise would not go on the Carnival Dream again however.

Pros: Getting on and off the ship was easy

Cons: Ship was too big, pools were small, had no hot water first formal night, ran out of regular coke at food stations and the deck bars

Recommends Carnival Dream? Yes!

Food and Dining
Food was okay, took a long time to get our beverages for dinner, dining time perfect early sitting
Entertainment
Had fun with the different activities on board the ship
Ship Quality
I have been on 3 different cruise lines Carnival being the 4th thought the ship was too big, public areas were clean, decor was too retro for me
Service and Staff
Cabin / Stateroom
Had a room at the aft of the ship very happy with it....
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

Don't Miss: Screamin Eagle Jet Boat
Philipsburg, St. Maarten

Don't Miss: Sunset Beach Bar to watch the planes land and take off
Nassau, Bahamas

Don't Miss: Loved the Straw Market
