The ship was beautiful but too big. Places on the ship didn't seem to be laid out in the best way. You couldn't easily get from front to back of ship. You had to go so far on one floor then take stairs or elevator to another floor, walk just so far and then take another elevator or stair just to get from point A to point B. Also for a "Fun Ship" there was just too much to do for older people and I mean 65 and up. Older music and dancing but nothing really for the young at heart. We had some spring breakers on board but rarely saw them because there wasn't much for them to do. We never saw our cruise director in person. He spent more time on TV then walking around and meeting the cruisers. We had two days at sea and never saw him.
Also the smoking areas are right next to the food areas. with a ship that big there must be a place for smokers AWAY from the food. One smoking areas, 12 aft, was next to a bar which was right next to the deli counter. Once again, poor layout.

Pros: the ports of call

Cons: the cruise ship

I have cruised many times before and now that we are automatically charged tips we never saw our room attendants. When I had the flexibility to tip at end of cruise our room attendants would introduce themselves and make sure they were around daily to see us and ask how our day was, etc...

the snorkeling excursion was THE BEST!!! My daughter had never snorkeled before and the boat staff was patient and kind and guided her throughout the entire time until she was confident to go off on her own. I just can't say enough about them.
