Don't bother, save your money!

Sail Date: December 01, 2009

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

Save your money.

Pros: I was on the Dec 3rd 9 day cruise so everything was new and still beautiful.

Cons: nothing special and the cost is more than the other Carnival ships. It is just a larger version of their regular ships and priced higher. Most of the help was inexperienced or unfamiliar with what they were supposed to be doing.

Recommends Carnival Dream? No.

Ship Quality
Not enough public area for the size of the ship.
Food and Dining
Food was okay but service was not acceptable.
Service and Staff
Not up to Carnival standards.
Cabin / Stateroom
We had a balcony room that was very nice. The room steward was great.
Entertainment
The main showroom (Carnival dancers/singers) was great. We also saw a good comedian.
