The ship is beautiful and the rooms and room service were great.
There were too many people on the ship. We had to wait in line for 20 minutes or more for the breakfast and lunch buffets, the water slide, pretty much everything. We never got a chair on the pool deck and had to stand in the isle to watch the Chrimstmas show because there were no seats. THe kids club was not great either.

Food and Dining

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Night time shows were good. Need a Christmas Eve show in addition to the 4:00 Christmas day show.

Children's Programs

1 out of 5
Kids club not fun. Timing was never right for kid activities. Need to offer something for kids right after the 6:00 dinner.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
The room staff was great but we only had someone come by and take our drink order by the pool etc. one time the entire week. Dinner staff/service was also great.

Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom

Pros: the islands we visited were wonderful

Cons: way too much standing in line, food, shows, elevators, water slides

Recommends Carnival Dream? No.
