Did my cruise booking online 1st time and had a good experience. The checking in and Check out was very smooth. We paid extra for it.
The rooms were well laid out and cleaned everyday. BUT were old and bathrooms were moldy. They would not use room freshners. The steward ANTONIO was very good. He was always out there in the hall way.
They announced the 1st day that there were technical difficulties and therfore they were going to NASUA and not COZUMAL.
The shows were good and activities kept everyone busy. Liod deck wasthe busiest and the hot tubs were good and not crowded.
The vegitarians menu choices are very limited. They say that they are out of veggie burgers but when you tell the managers they turn up in 10mts. The oriental food chef also will not make vegetarian food evn though there are all ingredients right there in front of him.

In all we enjoyed our 1st cruise.
