My husband and I went with our 2 daughters, ages 7 and 5, and our neighbors and their daughter, age 7. We had a great time and had plenty of activities for us and for the kids. The stateroom was not nearly as small as I expected and we traded off with our neighbors, keeping all 3 girls in our room every other night. It was crowded, but doable, since we were really only there for sleeping. The food was really good, though at times the lines were long. Overall a great family experience!

Pros: the staff, Camp Carnival, the food, the water slide

Cons: small pools that were crowded

Recommends Carnival Destiny (RETIRED) 28? Yes!

Cabin / Stateroom
only complaint would be that at times we had a bad odor in our room
Service and Staff
many staff that we plan to mention in the Carnival survey because they took such good care of us; many learned our names and called us by them by the 2nd day
Food and Dining
Children's Programs
kids loved the Camp Carnival activities; my 5 year old, who is very small, couldn't stand in any of the pools, but could get in the hot tub (which wasn't really hot)
Ship Quality
very clean and well kept
