This trip is fantastic. The Carnival Destiny is a great ship, though a bit aging, it's undergoing a big rennovation next year to become the Carnival Sunshine. The ports of Nassau, Half Moon Cay and Grand Turk were fantastic and beautiful, and the day at sea was fun. The weather was amazing and the staff that Carnival has is the best - service is fantastic and freindly. Carnival is by far the best bang for your buck when cruising. It's not as fancy as some of the other cruise lines, but it's a GREAT time and they have so many awesome activities and great port stops. Unless your a snobby type who needs ultimate luxury you can't not have fun on this cruise. It's great for couples and families. Keep in mind if you go during vacation it's mostly kids and if you go in the fall mostly honeymooners. We've gone on 2 Carnival cruises in the past 2 years and highly reommend it for middle-class type couples who are looking for a fun, relaxing time.

Pros: The ports

Food and Dining
Amazing. The dinners are so good and so much fun. The service is impecable, and the food quality is fantastic.
Cabin / Stateroom
We had an oceanview room that was very spacious and always clean. They clean and make the bed twice a day.
Service and Staff
Carnival employees are hoenstly the best. They remember your name, are extremely friendly and provide the BEST service.
Comedy show and Bingo were my favorite.
